Relatedness

These diagrams show the connection between the official creature breeds.

The numbers on the pictures how the unique genes in each breed.
Note that Forest norns have genes specific to each sex as well.

Using this data, I  created this diagram showing which genes are common to which breeds.

Finally I could create this relatedness diagram, showing how closely related the official genomes are.
