The Donut Nazi was stunned. Someone had found the donut vendor! Whenever Newman was away from his tree, he and his assistant would get some donuts out of the machine, and bring them back to their little house. The Nazi liked being in control of the donuts, but now he knew it was all over. He and his assistant quietly got onto the mover, and rode off.
Elaine watched them go, then ate a couple of donuts. "Drop food," she said. She was sick of those donuts for the time being. Too sweet. She went back down the lift to where the big plants were. She liked those big plants. If she had a big bowl, she would have probably made herself a big salad.
The shower! That's where Kramer left them. He made his way past the cellars and got the beach balls. Kramer loved that shower--he'd live in there if he could. So he turned the shower on and bounced his balls around. Kramer was always looking to satisfy his need for pleasure. He wasn't exactly the master of that domain, but he didn't care. He liked having fun.
George arrived where the Nazi had been, only to find that he was gone! And the donuts with him! "George get angry!" he shouted. He was indeed very upset. He frowned, looked up in the sky, and yelled "FOOD!"
"Vendor? Food?" Jerry asked, reffering to the donut machine.
"Yes," said Elaine. She led Jerry off to where the vendor was.
Newman laughed incessantly, gobbling down his horde of donuts. He hadn't found the donut vendor, but he did find the Nazi's abandoned stash. So he brought them all back to his tree, one by one. There must have been two dozen or so, though he didn't count them. He just kept eating them, ate them until the last bit of hunger need left him. He then started to grow weary from all the donut-moving he had been doing, and fell asleep.
The forest norn was wandering aimlessly, as he usually did. He found Newman's lair and the nine donuts he had left. The norn was very hungry, so he ate all but one of them, carrying the last away with him. The poor norn was usually starving, so he ate food any chance he got. He went down the lift, and wandered off.
Elaine and Jerry made it to the port. But the donut vendor was gone! "Vendor no?" Elaine wondered. Where was it?
Jerry found a lemon on the ground, picked it up, and dropped it in front of Elaine. He headed back to the incubator. Hunger took Elaine over, and for lack of anything better, she ate the sour lemon. Where was that forest norn anyway?
Kramer had fallen asleep in the shower. He had made himself very tired and hungry in there. The forest norn happened by and saw him. "Eem drop food," he said, dropping his remaining donut in front of Kramer. He then picked up one of the balls and made off with it.
Newman woke up only to find that all his donuts were gone. Newman was furious. "Narg!" He stomped about. He spotted a lemon, so he picked it up and ate it for lack of anything better. It was so sour! "Grah!"
