Ma G's Saga, part 8 or Idiot you say?
"Dangerous," Grace thought to herself. "I'm not dangerous, these Shee are. How in Albia could they be afraid of me?"
"Dangerous?" questioned Sir Das.
"Dangerous!" the Shee teacher repeated. Then adding, "can anyone tell me what sets the green norndelites apart from the others?"
"I know, I know," said a young female student who hadn't spoken before.
"Yes Princess Trissy". the Shee teacher said. Wondering to himself how this idiot being could know the answer to this question.
"The green norndelites were of royal blood!" Trissy said.
"Correct Princess Trissy. I should have realize that you would of known that, being of royal blood yourself. Would you care to enlighten the rest of the class as to what that means?" asked the teacher.
"Well," replied Trissy slowly. "For we the Shee of Royal Blood it means quite a bit. We are blessed or cursed from birth, sometimes both. Some are born adults, living for but a few brief years. Others are born and stay forever young until their death. Some are born dumb, to be idiots forever," she stated as she bent her head in shame.
"Some possess a beauty beyound words, able to send others into a trance like state with merely a gaze. There are those who's intelligence surpasses all others. Many of us of royal blood are gifted with foresight, able to see into the distant future. Some, are born immune to disease and old age living for tens upon tens of generations, keeping track of our history. "
"We the Shee of Royal Blood are unlike all other Shee. I must only assume that the green norndelites of royal blood are like us. Cursed and blessed, that would make them quite dangerous! Imagine one born with beauty, intelligence, foresight, and basically immortal. Combine that with the norndelites powerfull spirituality and all which that incompasses. Why a norndelite of royal blood, fully gifted without curse would be God like!" the princess stated with a shutter realizing what this green creature in the cage represented.
"Well put princess Trissy," the shee teacher said surprised that she had actually grasped what the presense of this norndelite could mean.
"Teacher," said Sir Das from behind the princess. "This can't be a true norndelite. I mean it's a throwback, some kind of weird mutation! Isn't it?"
"That students", started the teacher, " is what we must find out........
Green, red,
, purple and brown,
could the norns simply have drowned?
and
of the Shee,
could Mystic be?
Will the grendels
swoon,
from the weirdness of the spoon?
and will there
ever be a link,
to the great mistress Slink?
